The end-to-end platform bridges acute and post-acute EHRs, providing visibility for providers, payers and ACOs into the care that patients receive across care settings so that all providers can efficiently and effectively coordinate patient care. CarePort was started by a team of Harvard physicians who experienced first-hand the difficulties patients face when transitioning through the post-acute continuum. We have assembled a team of physicians, engineers, and healthcare industry experts who are committed to ensuring that patients receive high quality post-acute care.

Dr. Lissy Hu

CEO

Dr. Lissy Hu is the CEO of CarePort Health, where she works with leading health systems and accountable care organizations to optimize post-acute care outcomes. Dr. Hu earned her MD from Harvard Medical School, MBA from Harvard Business School, and BS from Columbia University.

Marc Camm

COO

Marc is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology industry. Previously Marc has held senior management positions at CA Technologies, Microsoft, Symantec, Delrina and several technology startups. Marc is co-inventor of a number of patents and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in Canada.

Scott Kerber

SVP, DEVELOPMENT AND SOLUTIONS

Scott is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record in creating and building companies. As the co-founder and CTO of the original ECIN SaaS application, Scott has returned to Care Management with 25+ years of experience to the lead development and solutions at CarePort.

David Borowski

AVP, CUSTOMER SUCCESS

David leads the Care Management services and support teams, with a focus on partnering with clients to effectively utilize the CarePort suite of products. Throughout his 14-year tenure with Allscripts and ECIN, David oversaw various implementation, project management and consulting teams across the population health suite.

Mark Heron

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

With nearly 20 years of sales management experience at Allscripts, Mark Heron leads the CarePort sales organization. Prior to joining Allscripts, Mark was one of the founding employees of Canopy Systems, Inc., where he held various roles in business development, sales and marketing.

Mark Simeone

VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC SALES

Mark leads the effort to expand the use of CarePort at healthcare systems and providers across the U.S. Mark developed his sales and leadership experience at Carefx and Harris Healthcare and continues his passion for driving business growth and delivering technology solutions that support better clinical and financial outcomes.

Annie Busch

HEAD OF MARKETING

Annie oversees CarePort’s marketing, content and branding activities. Before joining CarePort, Annie ran the marketing department at Curaspan for several years, where she helped build and grow the brand through the company’s acquisition. She’s held several marketing and operations roles in the legal and technology sectors and has a MS in Communication from Boston University and a BA from Boston College.

Sean Santry

VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING

As Vice President of Engineering, Sean identifies standards, platforms, frameworks, and trends while driving strategic technology planning and execution. Over the last 15 years, Sean has assembled and led cohesive software product teams in the publishing, media, e-commerce, and healthcare industries that deliver user-focused products that solve meaningful problems. Sean holds a BA from Boston College.

Sara Radkiewicz

HEAD OF PRODUCT

As Head of Product, Sara oversees the strategy, development and execution for CarePort Guide, Connect and Insight. In her role, she works cross-functionally within CarePort and with customers to develop products that delight. She joined CarePort armed with fifteen years of product management and analytics experience from her time at TVision Insights, Brightcove, Bluefin Labs and Localytics, among others. Sara holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
