PointClickCare Data Feed Migration Required

PointClickCare (PCC) is migrating to new data integration technology between PCC and CarePort (formerly Allscripts). Connectivity with your hospital partners will end if action is not taken.
What action is needed to ensure connectivity with my hospital partners is not interrupted?
Instruct your facility’s PCC administrator to go into the PointClickCare Marketplace to turn on the new CarePort integration before the old one is disabled. Your facility’s PCC administrator should review the instructions guide supplied by PCC to assist with navigating the PointClickCare Marketplace. It is critically important that the legal organization name is correct when submitting the request.

Why is this happening?
PointClickCare has discontinued all HL7 integrations and transitioned to an API method of integration.
What is the cost?
There is no cost to transition your integration.
