CarePort, powered by WellSky® is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product development process for one of our growing enterprise solutions. This role will define and execute our CarePort Insight roadmap. You are skilled at understanding market needs and translating those into product requirements. You have an understanding of cross-continuum care issues and are driven by improving patient outcomes. You are a passionate self-starter who is able to lead teams without direct authority. Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain CarePort Insight’s roadmap based on CarePort’s strategy, market feedback and changes, and client input
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in different areas of expertise (clinicians, product managers, developers, account managers) to understand client needs
- Interface with clients to gain insight, and to identify and validate new ideas
- Maintain the solution backlog, including constant evaluation and definition, and prioritization of the immediate work required to keep clients engaged
- Lead the engineering team to execute on the backlog/solution roadmap
- Research and understand competitive landscape and identify new opportunities
- Lead solution education efforts to ensure all stakeholders, internal and external, are well informed about changes to the solution
- Support the CarePort Customer Advisory Board
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience working in Healthcare Product Management or related area
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong facilitation and consensus building skills – ability to influence beyond authority
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Detail oriented, with strong analytical and quantitative skills, while also maintaining the ability to have big-picture conversations
- Ability to remain cool, calm, and collected when faced with the challenges of building innovative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sense of humor
