CarePort University: Discharge Planning for the CarePort Care Management Administrator
The goal of this one-and-a-half-day class is to provide the learner an overview of the application and all its features. The ideal attendees are individuals that know the organization’s current workflow and/or the goals the organization is trying to achieve by implementing CarePort Care Management. There is a cost to this class and seats must be contracted for.
How to register
Select the webinar that you want to attend and fill out the required information. The schedule is updated frequently, so check back often for new dates and times.
When registering, please use a verifiable work email address. Registrations using non-client email addresses (i.e. hotmail, gmail, etc.) will not be accepted and risk being cancelled without notice.
Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to view the webinar and an option to add it to your calendar. Please note that the webinar link is unique to you and will not work for others if shared.
What to expect
The class provides an overview of the functionality of the module(s) contracted by the client’s organization. A demo of the functionality of various tools in the application is given along with an explantation of the configuration behind each tool to help learners decide how the tool might be useful in their organization’s workflow.

- Application navigation and organization configuration
- Security configuration
- Using and creating worklists
- Documentation tools
- Tasking
- Sending, managing, and configuring referrals
