Join CarePort CEO and Founder, Dr. Lissy Hu, Manager of Clinical and Solution Architects, Mike Ipekdjian, and Vice President, Mark Heron, for an interactive discussion centering on the current state of care coordination amidst a backdrop of COVID-19, evolving value-based care programs and increasing interoperability.
