CarePort® Patient Event Notification Solution Now Available in Epic App Orchard Marketplace
CarePort, powered by WellSky®, a market leader in care transitions, today announced that its interoperability solution, CarePort Interop, is now available within the Epic App Orchard marketplace. CarePort Interop satisfies the patient event notification requirement in the Conditions of Participation (CoPs) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and this end-to-end integration allows providers to comply with the Medicare CoPs by the April 30, 2021 deadline.
